At Functional Wellness & Imaging, LLC in Medina, OH, Board Certified Medical Doctors analyze your thermal patterns for signs of lymphatic congestion, hormone imbalances, and more. This non-invasive method plays a crucial role in monitoring dynamic health changes and promoting prevention.
Functional Wellness is a process, a partnership, and it’s personalized! We have an FDN-Practitioner on staff who is available to personally explain what the colors in your thermography report mean after the thermography report comes back to you. We also have Board Certified Medical Doctors with over 20 years of experience in thermal imaging interpret every thermography report. While your thermography appointment does not include additional therapies, we proudly offer referrals to trusted naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and other holistic practitioners who can support your ongoing wellness journey. Please Note: Your thermography appointment includes imaging and a full explanation of the colors and terminology in your report once you get the report back within 10 business days. While we partner with trusted naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and holistic practitioners, these services are not included in the cost of your thermography. We are happy to provide referrals so you can build a supportive wellness team.
WHAT IS THERMOGRAPHY?
Thermography screening is a no contact, painless, safer testing method where nothing enters or invades the body. The body has its own method of illuminating its signs and symptoms that reveal as thermal changes on the skin. This safe, state-of-the-art screening senses heat to locate areas of temperature differences on your body. Thermal Imaging (Thermography) is the ultimate test that has been cleared by the FDA (Food and Drug Association) AMA (American Medical Association) and AHA (American Heart Association)
Thermal body scans can provide valuable information about your current health. The DITI (digital infrared thermal imaging) camera scans the thermal patterns of your skin and converts them into an image. Thermography is not a stand alone device. It is a test of physiology and does not replace any anatomical device including mammography. Many clients use thermography, mammography, and ultrasound for monitoring breast health.
